I still have not investigated this, but at the first glance this idea seems to be interesting as I have spent a lot of time thinking about similar theories.
I finally decided to go there for my PhD. It is going to be tough though, * They wont let me transfer my courses * I have to take 11 courses * It is the department of Aero/Astro not Computer Science I will have an interview with US Embassy on the 8th of Jan. Wish me luck!
I finally found some time to write about this conference. I think the overall conference was really good although I was not happy with the reviewing process as our paper with a 9, a 7, and a 6 got rejected in the final evaluation. I think one of the SPCs ignored most of the reviewers. Well I hope for a better luck next year. I found workshops more interesting than the conference as I attended the hierarecal reinforcement learning. Also I got to go for snowboarding with Alex. It was a lot of fun. Sadly, I hurt my knees a bit on the first day so I could only stare at the mountains for the following days.
