Come on, the whole video is so populist, so strikingly made to appeal to simple minds. I don't see the difference between that "theory" (it is none) and the "Get Rich Quick" manuals you can buy in any supermarket.
The truth is that people find their way through life, and the fact that people who want to become rich and powerful, and are very determined, usually succeed. There is no secret there, only the wisdom that the most precious things are lost on the way if you want something too badly.
