Copy-Paste in Mac without the source font/style

Problem: You paste a text from a source, and the copied text retains its font and style requiring further adjustment.

Solution 1: Use command+alt+shift+v to paste.

Solution 2: If you wont use the source font/style
1. Open 'System Preferences'
2. Select 'Keyboard'
3. Select tab 'Keyboard Shortcuts'
4. Select 'Application Shortcuts' from the left listbox
5. Click '+' below right listbox
6. Select 'All Applications' for 'Application' input box
7. Type 'Paste and Match Style' into the 'Menu Title' input box
8. Enter command+v as the shortcut

Enjoy!
