Conference, Paper ? AAAI ?
Well, I recieved my reviews after a long period. It was shocking. One of the reviewers thinks my whole subject of M.Sc. thesis is an increamental refinement and useless ... He doesn't have the slightest doubt about his opinion!

I remember that when I submitted my first paper for CDC, it was rejected, when I looked at the comments:
First referee “It is a perfect original intact idea …” VOW
Second referee “Although it is good work and worth to be published, it doesn’t seem to be original, …” !!!!
Third referee “ If there is nothing else to publish, this can be considered as the last resort!!”
So my experience shows that the comments depend on how life is going with referee
